PROCESSING GUIDELINES 

Phase 1 (Request)

Write descriptions of your request. 

(Write descriptions of your demands to create the bear, including specific features, colors, preference, etc...and any additional details you want.)

Phase 2 (Design)

Design the bear based on customer's requesting. 

(Designing a one-of-a-kind bear to meet your unique want and preferences.)

Phase 3 (Revision)

Modifying designed bear with customer (2 modifications). 

(We will present the designed bear to you for confirmation, allowing up to two modifications to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision.)

Phase 4 (Confirmation / Craft)

Crafting the custom bear, after customer confirm the final revision. 

(Once the design is approved, we begin building the special bear according to your specific requests.)

 Phase 5 (Delivery)

Finalize custom bear before shipping out. 

(Before shipping out, we carefully finalize the bear, ensuring it meets our highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.)
