- Unlike Tracked Packet International, Small Packet International Air is not provide Tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Upon arrival to your country, packages will be picked up by the national postal service.
- We collaborate with merchants worldwide to offer you the best products at affordable prices. This means that your order will be shipped from a global locations, and your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
- Global Shipping sometimes takes maximum 45 days depend on shipping situations, however rest assured that it is definitely on its way.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification (except Small Packet International Air) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after shipped.

SHIPPING PACKAGE

CANCELLATION
- If the shipping status of your order is "not shipped yet," you may cancel it at no cost, but cancellation is not possible if the order has entered the preparation stage for shipment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any reason such as inventory fluctuations, in which case all funds paid will be returned.
