- Upon arrival to your country, packages will be picked up by the national postal service.
- Small Packet International is not providing tracking and delivery confirmation, however rest assured that it is definitely on its way.
TAXES (includes VAT) & CUSTOM DUTIES
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which have arrived once a shipment reaches your country.
- Please note some additional duties, taxes, and/or fees may apply depending on destination and value of goods.
- We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
- Flat handle $5(CAD) fee will be charged for shipping to United States only to cover new tariff fee.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification (except Small Packet International Air) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after shipped.
- If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cocobear822@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
REFUND, RETURM & EXCHANGE
- Please check our Return & Refund for detail.
- Free defect replacement for 21 days. (All CocoBear Figure and CocoBear Craft item)
- Sorry, returns are not accepted, however we will replace any items that are damaged upon delivery or have defects.

SHIPPING PACKAGE
- We take extra precautions to ensure that all bear figurines are securely and double-packed for safe delivery.
CANCELLATION
- Only order cancellation within 24 hours is supported.
- If the shipping status of your order is "not shipped yet," you may cancel it at no cost, but cancellation is not possible if the order has entered the preparation stage for shipment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any reason such as inventory fluctuations, in which case all funds paid will be returned.
