- Small Packet International is not provide tracking and delivery confirmation, however rest assured that it is definitely on its way.

- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which arrived once a shipment reaches your country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification (except Small Packet International Air) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after shipped.
- If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cocobear822@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
REFUND, RETURM & EXCHANGE
- Free defect replacement for 21 days.
- Sorry, returns are not accepted, however we will replace any items that are damaged upon delivery or have defects.

CANCELLATION
- Only order cancellation within 24 hours is supported.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any reason such as inventory fluctuations, in which case all funds paid will be returned.
